Upon completion of the property inspection our field associate will provide a report with detailed photos.

In the case your associate finds storm damage (Hail, Wind) they will provide you a storm report detailing storm dates, hail size, wind speed and the duration of the storm.

Your associate will advise if any damage is found and if filing an insurance claim would be in your best benefit.

In the case no storm damage is found your field associate will show you photos of the roof in good shape and send you a copy for your records.

Yes, AmeriConstruction will provide quotes on all out of pocket or financed roofing projects. 

When working an insurance claim we will not provide a competitive quote, we work off of the agreed upon amount dictated by the insurance scope of work only.

Our payment terms for insurance restoration projects are 50% of the total claim amount or the first check whichever dollar amount is higher. 

For bid / estimate out of pocket jobs a minimum deposit  of 50% is required, in some case 75% depending on the size of the project and scope of work.
